NISRA participants are invited to the Special Friends Carnival of Fiesta Days!
Special Friends Carnival – Saturday, July 13 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
This is a FREE time for special needs kids and adults who would not otherwise be able to enjoy the carnival when it is open to the public. Immediate family members and caregivers are also welcome to attend. McHenry’s Fiesta Days carnival is located at Petersen Park: 4300 Peterson Park Road in McHenry.
