NISRA’s New Registration System Is Here!
We launched WebTrac, our new online registration system that makes it easier than ever for families to create accounts, view programs, and register online. Once your WebTrac account is approved, you’ll be ready to register on Monday, March 2 for Summer Day Camps. If you or your loved one is currently registered for 2026 winter and/or spring programs, your WebTrac and ePact accounts are ready to go. No further action is required prior to registration.
After registering, families will receive an email invitation to complete participant information through ePact, NISRA’s secure emergency and medical information system. Participants whose ePact profiles are not completed by May 4 may be dropped from their camps.

You will be able to preview the Summer Day Camp Brochure beginning Wednesday, February 25. You will not be able to add programs to your cart until registration goes live. During the brochure preview, you can use the Wishlist in WebTrac to save programs or activities you are interested in before registration opens. This can help families plan ahead and quickly register for their preferred programs once enrollment becomes available. To add a program to your Wishlist, click on the three dots at the end of the program information.
Registration will open at 8:30am on Monday, March 2. Registration forms will not be accepted through email, fax, or the NISRA drop box. All registrations must be completed online through WebTrac or in person at the NISRA office during business hours. If you want to make changes to your participant’s program(s), cancel a program or have any questions, please email [email protected].
Camp Sessions:
Camp registration will be offered in 2 sessions: Session 1 (June 15 – July 2) and Session 2 (July 6 – July 30). Families can register their camper for one or both sessions. There will be no prorating as you will need to pay in full at the time of registration.
Camps:
An assessment is needed for all 1st year campers. Camp Independence is not an option for 1st year campers. Parents will receive a phone call from the Camp Coordinator to complete the assessment.
Swimming:
Camps will be swimming two days a week this summer and families will be notified of days and locations in the welcome letter that you will receive via e-mail in May.
